Authorized Representative for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in the EU
Do you sell your products to foreign customers in EU member states? Are you planning to start doing so, but you don’t know what formalities you need to complete? If you want to sell products through an online store, e-commerce platform or other means of remote communication, you must appoint an authorized representative for your company.
In EU countries, under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) legislation, it is mandatory to appoint an authorised representative. This person represents the foreign producer (i.e. your company) before local authorities and bodies, and ensures compliance with the legal obligations set out in the EPR legislation in force in the country.
Interzero supports companies in fulfilling EPR obligations , offering a comprehensive service of authorized representation, for example in Poland, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Spain.
